National Sales Manager

• Must have a minimum of five years experience as a Senior Sales Manager in branded footwear

• Must be goal-oriented to lead, train and motivate a commissioned sales team to achieve and sustain rapid sales growth

• Must have superb organizational and sales skill

• Must have a minimum of college bachelor degree

Marketing Manager

• Must have a minimum of three years experience as a Senior Marketing Manager for a branded consumer product

• Must have experience in writing marketing plans

• Must have experience in implementing all components of the marketing mix

• Must have a minimum of college bachelor degree and MBA preferred

Designer

• Must have a minimum of three years in designing athletic, casual and diabetic footwear

• Must have superior sketching skills

• Must have experience in developing lasts, designing outsoles and implementing designs with the technical designers at the manufacturing level

• Must be willing to travel frequently to Asia
