Mr. Robert Propét, Chairman and CEO, Propét Global – Mr. Propét is the founder of the company and has over 25 years of experience in design, manufacturing and sales of footwear.  He graduated from Taiwan Tunghai University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and received his EMBA degree from Beijing University in China.  Mr. Propét oversees corporate strategy and planning, and sales and marketing of Propét Global Limited.

  Mr. Chuck Lin, CFO, Propét Global – Mr. Lin joined the company in 2006 and has over 13 years of experience in the financial industry in the U.S., including a number of operations and sales and marketing roles in the areas of international and commercial banking.  Prior to joining Propét Global, he was a vice president and client manager at Bank of America in Seattle. He graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in Social Science and received his EMBA degree from the University of Washington in Seattle.  Mr. Lin is primarily responsible for financial planning and execution, and business expansion opportunities of Propét Global Limited.

   Mr. Jack Hawkins, President, Propét USA – Mr. Hawkins joined the company in 1990 and has over 40 years of experience in a number of sales and marketing executive roles in the footwear industry.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University School of Business.  Prior to joining Propét USA, Mr. Hawkins was the chief operating officer for Mother Goose in Maryland.  Mr. Hawkins oversees sales, marketing, and operations of Propét USA.

  Mr. Rick Wang, Vice President of Operations, Propét USA – Mr. Wang joined the company in 2001 and has over 14 years of experience in operations management and design, and implementation of software and hardware operating systems in the US.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Feng-Chia University in Taiwan and received his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.  Mr. Wang is responsible for the operations of Propét USA .  

   Mr. Kai Cheng, Marketing Manager, Propét USA – Mr. Cheng, former Propét USA Vice President of Operations from 1993 to 1996, rejoined the company in 2006 after a span of 10 years in various restaurant and real estate business ventures.  He graduated with both a Bachelor of Art degree and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington in Seattle.  Mr. Cheng is currently responsible for a number of management projects involving sales and marketing for the U.S. and international markets.  

   Mr. Chris Doolittle, Product Manager, Propét USA - Mr. Doolittle joined the company in 2007 with over 28 years of product design experience.  He graduated from the Ars Sutoria Design School in Milan, Italy and the Technical Design Training of Bata Training Centre in Hellocourt, France.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Doolittle was the chief designer and product manager for Bata Canada in Ontario, Canada.  Mr. Doolittle oversees the company’s product design and development.  

   Mr. Steve Hurst, Controller, Propét USA – Mr. Hurst joined the company in 2007 with over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management.  He graduated from Central Washington University in Ellensburg , WA with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.  Prior to joining Propét USA , he held the responsibilities of accounting manager and senior accountant at a number of large organizations.  Mr. Hurst manages the accounting and finance functions of Propét USA .

   Mr. Bob Brohman, President, Propét Canada – Mr. Brohman joined the company in 2001; he was instrumental in establishing the Propét Canada entity and changing Propét’s business in Canada from a third-party distributed brand to a sales and distribution company wholly owned by Propét Global Limited.  He has over 35 years experience with several North American footwear brands.  Prior to joining Propét Canada, Mr. Brohman was the President of CanAMER Footwear and Senior Vice President of Norimco in Ontario, Canada.  With broad experience in sales, marketing and product development, Mr. Brohman is responsible for the sales and marketing and operations of Propét Canada.

   Mr. C.M. Pan, Executive Director and General Manager, Propét China – Mr. Pan joined the company in 1994 and has over 12 years of experience in managing footwear production facilities and companies.  He graduated from Guangdong Province Television University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  Mr. Pan oversees the production and marketing activities of Propét China .

   Mr. Andrew Lin, CFO, Propét China and Propét Hong Kong – Mr. Lin joined the company in 2004.  He graduated from Taiwan Soochow University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  Mr. Lin has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and investment banking in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.  Mr. Lin was the general manager of Grand Team Investment Consulting in Shenzhen prior to joining the company.  He is responsible for the accounting and financial management of Propét China and Propét Hong Kong.

   Mr. David Yiu, International Market Director, Propét International – Mr. Yiu joined the company in 2004.  He graduated from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  Mr. Yiu has over 18 years of experience in the fashion and footwear industry with several multinational companies, including his post as the director of sales and marketing for Kinwood in Hong Kong prior to joining the company.  Mr. Yiu is responsible for the International Group of the company.

   Mr. Tom Ko, Operations Manager, Propét Hong Kong – Mr. Ko joined the compan y in 2003.  He has over 25 years of experience in several operations management positions and has over 15 years of experience in the footwear industry.  Mr. Ko manages the Hong Kong company and is responsible for international trade operations of Propét Hong Kong.

   Mr. Tony He , Assistant GM, Propét China – Mr. He joined the company in 2006.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and received his MBA degree from Beijing University .  Mr. He has over 6 years of experience in a number of sales and marketing roles in the telecommunication industry and is currently responsible for sales and marketing activities of Propét China. 

   Mr. General Pang, Assistant GM, Propét China – Mr. Pang joined the company in 2006.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Equipment and Structures from Guilin University in Guangxi Province, China and received his MBA degree from Beijing University.  Mr. Pang has over 10 years of experience in the electronics industry and has held a number of management roles including operations, project management and sales and marketing.  Mr. Pang is presently responsible for implementation and improvement of production processes and product quality.  

   Mr. Thomas Xu, Assistant GM, Propét China – Mr. Xu joined the company in 2004.  He graduated from the School of Light Industry of Jilin Province in 1985.  Mr. Xu has over 20 years work experience in footwear product design and development for China domestic brands.  Mr. Xu is responsible for the product development of Propét China.
