   PedRx is the therapeutic footwear collection developed and designed specially for people who have foot problems – caused by disease, hereditary conditions, overuse or injury - and require customized modification and/or fitting on their shoes by pedorthists. 

   PedRx is the therapeutic footwear collection designed to serve the targeted market of pedorthists and podiatrists.  There are about 9,000 podiatry offices and 2,500 pedorthic offices in the U.S.  Although foot problems are more common among older adults which lead to both pain and disability, but it is estimated that approximately 75 to 85% of the population experience foot pain at some point during their life’s journey. 

   The growing population of diabetes in the U.S. and globally is an important customer segment served by PedRx.  According to American Diabetes Association, 20.8 million children and adults in the United States , or 7% of the population, have diabetes.  And according to the most recent data published by International Diabetes Federation, there are about 230 million suffering from diabetes in the world.  Diabetics often require customized modification and/or fitting on their shoes.
